MINISTER OPENS NATIONAL PERFORMING ARTS TROUPE OFFICE COMPLEX IN GOROKA

The Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture Hon.Isi Henry Leonard officially opened the National Performing Arts Troupe (Raun Raun Theatre) office complex in Goroka on Thursday. NPAT is one of the three cultural institutions comes under National Cultural Commission. This very important project was funded by Department of National Planning and Monitoring through National Cultural Commission.
 
The opening was witnessed by Secretary for the Department of National Planning Mr Konney Samuel, CEO of the Tourism Promotion Authority Mr Eric Mossman Uvovo, Acting Director of the National Museum and Art Gallery Mr. Alois Kuaso, Board Member for NCC Dr Michael Mel and the Provincial Administrator of Eastern Highlands Province Mr Allen Loss.
 
This is one of the many achievements under National Cultural Commission through the vibrant leadership of Mr Steven Enomb Kilanda Executive Director of Papua New Guinea National Cultural Commission.
